Stepping out of the water, spring experiences.

Coming out of the water, walking majestically out into awaiting new life episodes, 4 young people crossed the bridge over the last weekend. Divine, Marie, Puleng and Chantal were seen through this experience on the 10 September, having by their side Deacon Christopher and Pastor Adonis. “I literally felt like I was starting a new page in my Christian journey”, declared Divine, water dropping from her nose, with a huge smile. “I am so happy I was taught on what baptism really meant and I can’t wait to tell everyone I meet about it” The newly baptized were introduced at church the following Sunday, and they also by the same occasion collected their Baptism certificate. Baptism is an amazing experience for every believer. It depicts the life of Jesus Christ, through His death, resurrection and ascencion. It is a requirement Jesus clearly stated in Mark 16:16 “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.” So many believers overlook this important step in their journey, sometimes simply by ignorance.
